SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Smiths Scents only deliver within the UK. Delivery costs within the UK varies depending on how much you order.

0-1 kg – £3.95

1-2 kg –  £5.10

2-5 kg –  £6.95

5kg and over – £12.00

All parcels are delivered via Hermes. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday). During busy periods it may take slightly longer, however we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All deliveries will be made to the address given when placing an order. We will not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to inaccurate address details. If possible please provide a contact number so that the courier can get further directions if needed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be very pleased with your candles and diffusers when they arrive. If anything isn’t quite right, please contact us at smithsscents2@gmail.com for assistance and we will get back to you promptly.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless your product is faulty, so please contact us for more information about products to ensure that you have all the details you need prior to purchase.Every care is taken to ensure your products are properly protected during transit/delivery but appreciate that very occasionally damage may occur. We will replace or refund any products damaged during delivery when photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. Sadly candles can not be replaced or refunded once they have been used. Once we have received the photographic proof we can then issue you with a refund if appropriate.
